Privacy Policy

IntelliVox helps organizations send automated voice notifications to their members. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) processes your name, email address, and organization membership on our behalf.

Contact data you upload. Organizations upload contact lists — names and phone numbers of their members — to send voice notifications. This data belongs to the uploading organization and is only used to place the calls that organization requests.

Call records. We keep a log of calls placed through the platform (number dialed, status, duration, and timestamp) so organizations can see delivery results.

Access requests. If you submit the request-access form, we store the name, email, organization, and message you provide so we can respond.

How we use information

To operate the service: placing calls you request, showing delivery results, and maintaining your account.

To improve the product and support pilot organizations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use uploaded contact lists for any purpose other than the uploading organization's own campaigns.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run the service: Clerk (authentication), Twilio (telephone calls), Anthropic (AI script drafting and contact-file analysis), and our cloud hosting providers. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Data retention and deletion

Organizations can delete contacts, groups, campaigns, and call history from within the product at any time; deletion is immediate.

If your organization ends its use of IntelliVox, we will delete its data on request.

If your phone number was uploaded by an organization using IntelliVox and you want it removed, contact the organization that called you, or reach out to us and we will assist.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Data is isolated per organization — one organization can never access another's contacts, campaigns, or call history.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product evolves and will update the date above when we do. Questions or requests can be sent through the request-access form on our home page.
